Our pizza crust is like no other. And our small batch dough is why. Using our own recipe of blended flours (don’t ask, it's a secret), we make our dough fresh throughout the day with 100% pure olive oil. Then we cut, knead and toss it by hand. Take it from us; there are easier ways to make pizza dough. But there's no better way.
And when was the last time you heard of a pizza place that used fresh herbs? Or chopped garlic by hand? At Nick-N-Willy's, we believe that the best pizza is one that's made the way you'd make it yourself if you had the time (and the recipes). So we don't just use cheese, we use some of the world's most incredible cheeses: feta, cheddar, provolone, fontina and fresh parmesan. We offer four great sauces to choose from, including: fresh tomato, olive oil glaze, zesty white garlic and pesto. And, we absolutely never, ever freeze anything. There's not even a freezer in our kitchen!
